Jocelyn Joy specializes in making people feel great. Her warm, caring, comforting approach to healthcare has assisted scores of people to overcome and manage complex healthcare issues. In a non-clinical environment Jocelyn adds her joyous, calming spirit to taking care of your pain with her expertise in Acupuncture and Oriental medicine. She has trained extensively in the treatment of orthopedic disorders using acupuncture, medicinal herbs, and physical therapy. A skilled and experienced practitioner, Jocelyn holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the State of California. Education & Training: Curiculum Vitae Joy Acupuncture History: Joy Acupuncture has been serving the Hillcrest and surrounding communities with outstanding healthcare since May 2002. Our first office was located on 4th and Upas but as the popularity of Joy Acupuncture increased it was necessary to move to a more spacious office. In October 2005 Joy Acupuncture moved to its current location at First and Maple The new space offers 2 acupuncture treatment rooms and 3 massage rooms, a beautiful waiting area and plenty of parking. Many patients enjoy a relaxing swedish massage or body spa treatment after their treatment.
